SEECERT

A body that offers you more than just safety and security.

IT products are complex, and so are the development and manufacturing processes by which they are produced. This means that it is extremely difficult for vendors to demonstrate the quality of their products, or for users to determine their quality.

The procedure for obtaining SEECERT certification of your IT product.

Certificates from SEECERT confirm the quality, reliability or safety and security of software or of complete computer systems. They give manufacturers an additional sales argument, and users the certainty that they are buying quality products.

Our work rests on the foundation of complete confidentiality with regard to any information disclosed during the certification procedure. Only in this way it is possible for us to deal simultaneously with competing products or with systems that are subject to secrecy requirements.

The procedures for the certification of IT products are the same as those for the certification of other products.

SEECERT is accredited by Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle Technik DATech GmbH as a certification body for products in the fields of Functional Safety and Reliability of Software, I&C Technology, Industrial, Nuclear Technology and Railway Applications according to EN 45011 (accreditation certificate DAT-ZE-012/00-01, 2005-07-18).
