With the TÜV "customer barometer" you will receive a testPAD device which you can set up in a convenient location. When leaving your premises, for example, your customers can express their level of satisfaction by pushing a button on the pad.  The buttons are graded from one to six, where one means "very good", and provide a rapid and simple means of expressing all the rational and emotional elements within the customer experience.


How it works:

  • Decide on the location of the testPAD and how long you want to use it.
  • Your measurement starts the first time a customer presses a button.
  • The results are transferred immediately using GSM and shown on the evaluation portal.
  • Detailed statistics and analyses show all the results and changes relating to your company online - rapidly and in a form which is easy to see and understand.
