TÜV NORD, a worldwide recognized certification centre, paves your way to initiating the market launch of all types of new wind turbines. To accomplish this, we are accredited for all relevant guidelines, such as IEC WT 01, EN, GL directive and the Danish and Indian type certification guidelines for onshore and offshore wind turbines.
During the certification process, the design of the entire wind turbine, including the load assumptions, the safety concept, and all components (tower, blade, machine, and electrical components) are examined. The final acceptance inspection, including the quality management system (ISO) is equally necessary for a certification according to IEC WT 01 as various measurements within the context of the type tests.
