Optimised organisation

The preparation of an organisational manual is typically divided into five phases:
- Phase 1: recording and analysing existing structures, processes, and documentation
- Phase 2: defining and coordinating targeted nominal conditions / detailed structure and process instructions (target concept)
- Phase 3: target-performance comparison / defining measures / defining the structure of organisation manual
- Phase 4: summary of the regulations in an organisation manual / coordination with key knowledgeable parties of the customer (e.g. task force), and if necessary, the authorities; joint workshops (reading, discussion, adoption); defining the responsibilities
- Phase 5: presentation of the organisational manual at the company, if necessary, assistance with the implementation
