Fuel cell technology is still relatively new and it has a great deal of development potential. To some extent, however, the "devil is in the details" and not everyone has specialists available to answer questions on matters of materials, solids, fluid and thermodynamics and safety systems.
TÜV NORD has experienced engineers working in these fields. It performs simulations and calculations using the most modern equipment, which lead to the efficient optimization of components. This allows costly trials to be simplified or avoided and it reduces material and manufacturing costs.
