Agricultural trade in the EU
COCERAL is the abbreviation for "Comité du Commerce des céréales, aliments du bétail, oléagineux, huile d'olive, huiles et graisses et agrofournitures" and it is the officially recognised representative office of traders of cereal products, feed, oilseeds, olive oil, vegetable oils and fats and agri trade in the EU.
Since COCERAL developed the code of good business practice, it can be ensured that goods are traded according to professional standards in line with European legislation.
As a neutral, accredited certification centre, we will be happy to assist you in performing the certification.

- Dealers can only buy from companies that are GTP-certified. If this is not the case, the HACCP concept with the samples and analysis reports must be certified by the supplier.

Certification:
- by certification centres that are accredited as per DIN EN 45011 and DIN EN 45012, with experience in the foodstuffs and feedstuffs industry
- The certification centre must be recognized by Coceral
- Annual audits
Disclosure of the certified companies:
After the audit is completed, the audit report and the certificate are sent to the responsible national member. A positive check is followed by a listing on the COCERAL homepage and the COCERAL logo/registration number can be used.
