Certificate for compensation claims of biogas plant operators
The renewable energy law (EEG), has been revised and has been in force since January 1, 2009. Operators of biogas plants can benefit from this. They receive remuneration if they can prove that their plant is in compliance with the required directives and limit values. Only environmental appraisers may conduct this inspection.
As an environmental appraisal organization, TÜV NORD has the legal prerequisites to check the remuneration claims of biogas plant operators. With a certificate of compliance with the specifications of EEG 2009, the claimant has a right to the following bonuses and remunerations:
- Technology bonus
- Combined heat and power generation bonus (KWK bonus)
- Bonus for renewable primary products (NawaRo bonus)
- Slurry bonus
- Landscape maintenance bonus
